bugs in april
Last night lots of bugs stopped by at my room. I really don’t like killing them, but when they are flying round my head, keep me from sleeping _and_ look like they’ll bite me more sooner than later….
One of them however was something known as a lady bug or lady bird. I quite like this name… It was a black one with red dots, looking a bit evil to me and flying around making loud noises. It was very persistent though – it actually refused to leave. I didn’t want to kill it like the other visitors, so I had to get up (climbing a ladder all the time!) and walk to the window about 5 times. Even when I threw it out into the night, it found its way back, as I couldn’t close the window if I wanted to live and not to suffocate. In the end it didn’t come back and I could get back to sleep, with the feeling of not killing all the animals.

When i scuffled slightly annoyed to my window this morning at 6.15 am in order to close it (as they were loading a truck in the yard just over the road) i was presented this beautiful view. Thank you, universe!

Just saw Urban Priol, a really good cabaret artist doing mostly political satire. He is brilliant when he imitates Stoiber, Merkel (‘s Angela) und all the others. Another great evening! And even quite long, he was on stage for almost 3 hours. If you’ve got the chance, see him!
On TV, there’s also a good programme called “Neues aus der Anstalt“, hostet by Priol and Georg Schramm. Every month to be watched in your Z-D-F! You can also watch all present episodes online.
